Arpan graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelors in Biological Business Management. This combined interest qualifies him to consummate transactions within compliance of regulations in the oil and gas industry. He has five years of experience brokering and developing SME commercial real estate throughout the eastern portion of North Carolina.

Ali Dehghan comes to MKM as a licensed real estate broker with extensive business experience. He was born in Iran and moved with his family to Raleigh in 2000. He has experience in the automotive industry by owning and managing car dealerships since 2010.  He also has experience with both commercial and residential property management and real estate investments since 2011. All of this combined experience allows Ali to empathize with buyers and sellers in the fast-paced real estate market. He looks forward to making his clients dreams turn to reality.

Mona graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2008 with a bachelor’s in Education with a concentration in Child Psychology.  She speaks multiple languages including Hindi, Gujurati and English to help clients in one of the largest and most important purchases in their life.   She is very familiar with the Triangle Housing market and can give buyers and sellers great insight into all the different neighborhoods in the area.  She is also well versed in most religious customs and restrictions many Asian clients have when purchasing a home and pre-qualify the home to make sure it fits those criteria.  Mona looks forward to working with and helping find the perfect home for you.
